Services and pricing
Assessment
The type and level of assessment carried out is dependent upon the concerns you may have about your child, as well as the information and support you would like to gain from the assessment process. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and I can put together a bespoke package for you depending on the needs of you child and the people who support them.
Therapy and Intervention
The intervention which is delivered will vary dependent upon the needs of your child as identified through the assessment process. It may be felt that regular therapy sessions with the child may be the most effective, however other options may also be advised, for example regular reviews or training for those working with the child.

Therapy sessions are charged at £70 per hour. The fee includes the following:
50 minutes delivering direct therapy to the child and/or discussing progress/next steps with the client or key people. This could involve giving updates, summarising the session and providing advice, including how to continue development and progression in between sessions.
10 minutes to write up case notes
Session planning prior to the appointment
Sending short emails to parents and professionals

It may be recommended that it is in the best interests of the child to provide additional services, as well as direct therapy sessions, this may include:
Written therapy programmes.
Training sessions for education/support staff
Face to face meetings.
Onward referral letters
These services will incur an additional charge but will be discussed and arranged with parents/carers in advance.
Travel costs
Travel Costs comprises of both Mileage costs and Travel Time costs.
Mileage is calculated using Google Maps from the home address of the therapist in South Molton, to the address where the session will take place. These costs will be charged at the standard rate of 45p per mile.

Travel Time is calculated by ascertaining the time taken to travel, in minutes, from the home address of the therapist, in South Molton, to the address where the session will take place. This is charged pro rata at £35 per 60 minutes.
Additional services
In addition to the above services I am also able to attend meetings, write reports, set up therapy programmes and create resources for use outside of therapy sessions, for example visual timetables.
These services will be chargeable at my hourly rate on a pro rata basis. Travel costs will also apply where appropriate.
